I thought it appropriate to write to you now that my sister and I have unpacked and more or less settled into our new home in Lancashire.
We wish to express our thanks and appreciation for the speed and efficiency in which you and your team dealt with our move involving a full pack into containers, into temporary storage and finally a long move up to Lancashire. The unpacking and placing of our possessions and stacking of these boxes we could not deal with straight away was carried out cheerfully and with obvious professionalism. I am pleased to say that we have now unpacked nearly all the boxes and again were impressed by the packing. There were no breakages!

Dear Graham,Thank you for the succesful two-stage move that you have recently completed for us.
The move from our house to storage was the first step. Your very compact loading of the containers meant that our storage and transportation costs were as low as they could be. We were out of the house with no rush, but on time for the new owners to commence unloading as expected.
The second stage came eight months later with the transfer from storage to the Isle of Wight. The sight of your truck appearing at the top of the narrow lane and slowly edging its way across the ford is something that we will remember for some time.
All of our furniture and possessions arrived in our new home exactly as we had left them, and to us this means a job well done

Apologies for not e-mailing sooner. Mr & Mrs Busby requested I give you feedback on the removal & delivery of their personal property on 22nd January 2010.
Both expressed, your staff were 'PERFECT'and in all the years they have moved homes, they have never experienced such high standards of professionalism. The team were very friendly, polite, organised & worked brilliantly as a team; wasting no time in emptying their one bedroom property and delivering the contents to their home - all within three hours. Their only regret was, they wished they had known of Marriott's a long time ago.
We live in a society where people are quite often quick to complain but rarely take the time to provide positive feedback when a good service has been provided, thus we are please to praise the excellent service you and your team provided. Although I was given a cheaper estimate by another removals company, it was your genuine & honest approach that steered me to choosing marriotts.
